Q. What if I would like something cleaned that is not included as part of your regular service?
A. We have listed some extras on our website. If what you are looking for is not on the list, please call and we will quote you a price.
Q. Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
A. Yes! For your protection and peace-of-mind, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured!
Q. Who supplies the cleaning materials?
A. We bring all cleaning products except for the vacuum for sanitary purposes. If you prefer our specialists to use your products please let them know. Likewise if there is a certain product that can only be used on your counters, floors, etc...please let us know so that our products do not cause damage. If you do not inform us of products that should not be used and damage occurs Neat Freaks Cleaning will not be help responsible.
Q. If I set up a regular cleaning schedule, will the same cleaner be cleaning my house each time?
A. We will try very hard to send the same Neat Freak to your home each time. If there is an emergency and we have to send someone different, you will be informed ahead of time.
Q. Do I need to be home for my scheduled cleaning?
A. No. We will discuss a means to enter your house during our phone or home estimate.
Q. How do I pay for my cleaning service?
A. Currently, we accept cash or checks. You will receive an invoice which is to be paid upon receipt. Payments that are more than 30 days past due will be charged a 25.00 late fee for 3 months and then be sent to collections.
Q. What if I am unhappy with the cleaning service I received?
A. Although customers rarely have problems with our service, we want to make sure we are providing amazing service. Please call or email us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We also have a customer comment card that we invite you to fill out and return to us with your payment. The card is located on our contact page.
Q. What if something is broken while my house is being cleaned?
A. If something is broken in your home the cleaning specialist is required to fill out a breakage report. In the report, the cleaning specialist must write a brief summary of the occurrence. There will be a phone number provided that you may call in order to be reimbursed.

A. We service most towns and cities throughout the Western New York region. Service areas include Amherst, Buffalo, Clarence, Clarence Center, Colden, Depew, East Amherst, East Aurora, Eggertsville, Elma, Getzville, Hamburg, Holland, Lancaster, Marilla, Orchard Park, Snyder, South Wales, West Seneca, and Williamsville. (If you don't see your town, don't worry- Just give us a call and we'll do our best to get out to your area if possible.)
